The Alto DWP wants to make sure that you are getting the best service possible from us. If there is any service disruption such as a power outage in the area, a request for service such as new installations or pole replacements, billing question or any other advice and general feedback for us, we are always here to help!

How you can contact us

For most of not of our inquiries, please call the City of Alto's DWP customer service number at 456-ALTO-DWP within the City of Alto, or simply visit the City Services Building next to Alto City Hall with your requests. For those who are in the vicinity of Unincorporated Island and outlying areas outside the City of Alto that have DWP services, please call 456-ADWP-UIC. For areas that are served by Southern California Edison (SCE, but in Minecraft!) such as Mount Manchester, Porterville, Altodena, Elwood and Alto Hills along with Eversource that serves Nutfield Island ONLY, Please contact those utilities directly.
